Laura joined the ASU Geology Department in 2003. Prior to moving south, she was teaching at Castleton State College and the
University of Vermont. At ASU she teaches lecture and lab components of our two primary introductory courses. Laura also helped
teach Dr. Webb and Dr. Raymond's Summer Field Geology course in Italy during the summer of 2004. Laura's research interests include the
origin of mountain chains, the Cambro-Ordovician limestones of Vermont, and
human-induced landscape changes. She also teaches snowboarding at Hawknest.
